I saw this great, easy, recipe on Oops! Redone today and HAD to post!
Ingredients:
1 chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
4 Packs of Rolos
Directions:
Mix chocolate cake mix with 2 eggs and 1/2 cup oil. Form dough into small balls around a Rollo.
Bake at 350.
8-10 minutes.
I made these this weekend!!!!!!! So good!! When cooling make sure to not put on a cookie rack without a piece of wax paper on the rack first, otherwise the caramel melts right through the bottom of the cookie. :)
