This is a recipe I found off of myfitnesspal.com:
3 bananas
2c. uncooked quick cooking oats
1/4 c. raisins
1/3 c. margarine

1tsp. vanilla extract

1-2tsp of cinnimon (to taste)Directions
Combine all ingredients, beating well with hand mixer. Let stand for 5 minutes so oats will absorb moisture. Drop dough by heaping teaspoonsfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten. Bake at 350 degress for 15-20 minutes let stand 1 minute on cookie sheet.

Makes about 20 "cookies."
They are interesting. They aren't sweet like cookies, but the are satisfying. :) And not bad for 80 cal a cookie!
